Children love to help mom out in the kitchen when they are young. Fostering this love for kitchen work is a great way to teach children to cook. There are even great vegetarian recipes that the single mom can teach her children to create. Sometimes mom just like to cook by themselves.
There are great spinach and honey recipes that can be created. Apple and chicken recipes are great as well. These ingredients can be used to create frugal meals.
