Single Moms: Have You Heard of This Way to Get Food

Many single moms have a limited income. I like to help by giving advice when I can, which includes advice on my blogs Living the Low-Income Life and Frugal Recipes blogs. I also, sometimes, come across other venues that may be of help to the struggling single mom.

Today I would like to share this resource with you: Angel Food Ministries

Keri Houchin, the Ft. Worth Frugal Families Examiner, recently posted an article about this national ministry that you may find useful.

    Just wanted to mention that anyone, not only single moms, can use the Angel Food Ministries, at least in Indiana. It’s great for senior citizens and empty nesters on a budget or fixed income too.

    This is all true. I only use ’single mom’ because this blog is geared toward single moms.
