This can be a difficult age, and it is important to try to keep things under control. Their hormones are all messed up, but that does not mean that they have the right to be disrespectful to those around them. Not even you and their siblings.

Parenting is hard enough without other people butting their noses in where they don’t belong. I just wanted to give you a few words of wisdom. Do with them as you please:
We all deserve it sometimes. Don’t even think about pretending that you do not agree. Sometimes routine things are easier to keep up with, so I would like to suggest that you make at least one of these ideas (if not all) a part of your routine:
Well, it has been official for a while now. We are in a recession. Of course, we all knew this long before it was official. Here are my best tips for keeping up with financial matters during a recession:
I remember when my children were young and I had to leave them with a babysitter to go to work. I hated working outside of the home back then, because I believed then (and still do) that at least one parent should be at home with the children and taking care of everyday tasks.
My best tip here is to make sure that your children learn all of the life skills necessary to run a household before they move out. This is so important, and most kids are not taught even a quarter of what they need to know.
We all need to break out and have some fun at times, even those single moms out there. So come on! Share the ways you have fun with your friends, family, and even by yourself.
Children love to help out in the kitchen. I remember when Skye was five. Even though she needed to stand in a chair to do so, she loved to wash the dishes. I did, however, take out anything sharp before allowing her to do this. |
