Great Activities for Mothers and Preschoolers

Single moms with preschoolers are at an advantage. they don’t have to share their preschoolers time with another parent, at least not daily. This means that they have more opportunities to hang out with their little one.

Preschoolers are at a very interesting age. They are talking more, and they know more. Here are a few activities to try with your preschooler:

  • Watch a meteor shower with him/her. Lay out a blanket, and make a picnic snack.
  • Take him/her to see the fireworks on the Fourth of July. Again lay out a blanket and have a picnic.
  • Go for a walk in the woods and talk about what you see.
  • Begin taking him/her to the movies to teach them how to behave properly in that environment.
  • Preschoolers still love the playground.

What activities do you and your preschooler enjoy? Please share with us in the comments. Thank you.
