I like to walk a lot during good weather, but the temperatures are getting colder here in Maine. Soon, I will be working out mostly inside. I have some good videos to work with:
I like all of the videos. And I truly enjoy my workouts. After I work out, I like to shower or bathe, lotion up, and then sit down with a good book or magazine to relax for a bit. This is a great way for me to unwind. I sometimes have a cup of hot cocoa or tea while I am relaxing. When my children were younger, I did not have the chance to do my own workouts. I would simply dance around the living-room with my girls, and the rest would have to wait until they were in bed for the night, which was between 7:00 and 7:30 PM. Happy workouts! Shannon Comments |
